There are so many reasons to love living here, but here’s just a few of the more important ones.
1. Proximity to the Mouse
We are only a couple of miles from Disney property. So whether you want to hit the Magic Kingdom for a few hours or just do some shopping at Downtown Disney, you can be there in a as little as ten minutes.
2. Golf
People always come to Florida to play golf, and Celebration has a wonderful Robert Trent Jones-designed course complete with restaurant and banquet facility.
3. Miles and Miles of Walking and Hiking Trails
You can pretty much walk anywhere in Celebration. You can take a leisurely stroll downtown to eat dinner or get miles of exercise on your bike through the conservation areas.
4. Downtown Restaurants & Shops
We have so many fun eateries right here in town. You can catch a game at the Celebration Town Tavern or have brunch at the Wine Imperium. If you just want something light and fast, there is the Sweet Escapes deli and bakery or you can grab ice cream at Kilwin’s.
5. Schools
We have some of the best rated public schools in the state. Plus we have multiple private school options right here in town as well.
6. Range of Properties
Very few developments or neighborhoods offer the wide range of property sizes that we have here in Celebration. You can purchase anything from a 1 bedroom condo here to a 10 bedroom estate home. There is something to fit every lifestyle.
7. Events
Throughout the year, Celebration hosts a myriad of seasonal events. For example, we have a huge 4th of July parade and downtown event. We also have “Nightly Snow” in December complete with Santa’s house and horse & carriage rides.
8. Pools
As a homeowner here you have access to 4 neighborhood pools as well as the downtown splash pad. It may be hot here in the Summer, but there are lots of places to cool down!
9. Parks & Playgrounds
There are 4 playgrounds located throughout the different villages, and we have a multitude of sports fields.
10. LOW HOA DUES
Lastly and most importantly, we get all of these nice amenities for a relatively low fee. There are few true comparable neighborhoods to Celebration and even ones that come close to offering the same kind of amenities pay much higher annual dues.
