Spotlight on Celebration's North Village

For those of you who are not Celebration residents, at least not yet anyways, I thought I would take you through all of the villages over the course of the next couple of weeks. This way you can see what truly sets each village apart and makes it unique. It only made sense to start with the North since it is the closest to 192, and therefore, the first village you encounter as you enter Celebration.

The North Village gives residents the quickest path out of town via 192, SR 417, and I4, so many people love the convenience of that. The 417 is the quickest, most direct route to the Orlando International Airport. The North Village also offers its residents the largest recreation area available in any of the villages. There is a large covered shelter great for parties and gatherings, a covered toddler playground, a separate playground with equipment geared towards older children, 2 large field for sports, volleyball courts, and a lap-sized pool.

Like the other villages located in Celebration, there is a large variety of dwelling units available. You can chose anything from a 1 bedroom condo to a 7 bedroom estate home. One thing that differentiates the North Village from other areas is the estate home section is separate from the other areas. Once you cross over the bridge, you are the estate home section called The Acadias. Many of these homes have water, golf, and conservation views. They also enjoy larger lot sizes and more privacy. Another feature unique to the North Village is the way the golf course winds behind several of the homes.
